Concord is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Concord follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I don't come here as often as others, but when I do, I have a pleasant experience, and the staff are friendly.

Very friendly staff. This gym offers free entry and id cards to Concord residents for entry at this location and the Concord Academy recreation center, they are free! They have a large basketball area, weight room with cardio equipment and special events occurring weekly, such as seniors bingo, and zumba classes at 7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, among others. There is a shower available in both the women's and men's restrooms. Also there are recreational fuze-ball 🏀 tables and vending machines, along with comfortable couches and tables with seating near a large tv. This is a great place to unwind and it is absolutely free🤗.

I'm mainly here on weekdays with my client at the Lunch Plus Clubs program, but there is so much to do here. Arts/crafts, weights, gym area, board games, pool table, accessible entrance and bathrooms. Plus lots of different programs and activities for residents of Cabarrus County.
